Cancellation Policy:
• All Paid Session Fee’s are Non Refundable but can be rescheduled to another date if need be in the same calendar year.
• As we are a busy studio handling many appointments each week it is necessary for you to notify us of any changes to your appointment date/time in no less than 7 days.
• Failure to notify us within 7 days will incur a $75 Cancellation /Re-Scheduling Fee.
Re-Scheduling Policy:

Facebook Promotions and Gift Vouchers:
• A $50 Refundable Booking Fee is required to be paid to secure and confirm your session upon booking.
• All gift vouchers are Transferable but not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• To be redeemed and used towards portrait products with Maple Gallery Photography.
• Can be redeemed for one session time only.
• One viewing/purchasing session per sitting will be available where all decision makers must be present.
• A dedicated design consultant will be made available to you at this time.
