A place for us to share our photography sessions with you. Keeping you updated on new products to our portrait range, special offers and keep you in the loop with our current charity projects. To start with we are going to be sharing some of our Newborns of Melbourne Sessions.
Newborns of Melbourne book project was created after two of our close friends experienced first hand the devastating loss of Stillbirth. We were completely shocked and saddened by this news and also totally unaware of how often this happens every day in Australia. Several years later we decided to start Newborns of Melbourne book with our newborn sessions to donate and help raise funds and awareness for the ‘Stillbirth Foundation Australia’ Currently in Australia six babies are born still everyday! Our babies are precious, and this shocking statistic reminds us what a truly wonderful gift they are!
The beautiful hard cover coffee table book showcases all the gorgeous newborns we have photographed throughout the year. Each family has the opportunity to share some special words on their newborn’s page and purchase a copy of the book as a keepsake. We are currently shooting newborns for the 2019 book and proudly donating $50 from EVERY newborn Session to Stillbirth Foundation. Beautiful words from Beau’s Mum and Dad:
Beau Arlo Kamil is the second born in the family. Each of his given names has a meaning and a story.
Beau is the name his Baba (father) gave him, meaning handsome or boy I love. Arlo is the name I (his mother) gave him, meaning fortified hill, He is my safe place. Kamil is the name given to him by his Tete (Aunty) meaning perfect or complete, as he is the last born and has completed our family.
We are all so blessed and happy he is in our lives, including and especially his 3 year old big brother. Whom always says “beau is my best baby brother friend”
