BEFORE PHOTO DAY
1. REGISTER NOW BEFORE PHOTO DAY and pay your deposit of $30 for photos to be taken of your child. $30 is required PER CHILD. The deposit is given as credit to spend on a photo package when photos are ready to view.
2. We take a variety of different photos each day between 8.00am – 1.00 pm during photo week. We don’t schedule what day your child’s photos will be on. Please dress your child for photos each day OR pack the clothes you want your child to wear and an educator will get them changed and ready for their photos.
AFTER PHOTO DAY
3. Photos are ready to view in a private online photo gallery 2-3 weeks after the last photo day at your centre.
You will receive an EMAIL and SMS.(Please check junk/spam folders)
4. Choose the photo package you wish to purchase.
5. The $30 deposit credit is automatically applied to your gallery for you to use towards your photo purchase. Make sure to order prints before the closing date which will be indicated at the top of your photo gallery.
Without registration prior to photo day – Your Child will NOT be photographed individually – they will only be in class photos.
PLEASE let us know if you do not wish for your child to be in the CLASS PHOTO.
SIBLINGS at the centre ?
Registration for EACH child is required as separate photo galleries are done for each child. A separate package purchase for each child is required.
Yes, we photograph your siblings together for a few photos if they attend the centre/kindy together.
CLASS PHOTO
A TRADITIONAL style class photo is done for each CLASS everyday. (excluding nursery rooms)
All Children are included in the class photo – unless we are told otherwise.
Please ensure your child has arrived prior to 10am to avoid missing out on being in the class photo. Once taken – we do not retake.
Class photos are $25 each or cheaper within packages.
WHEN DO I GET TO VIEW PHOTOS ?
Photos are ready to view 2-3 weeks after the last photo day at your centre.
Parents receive an EMAIL + SMS with a link to your gallery (Please check junk/spam folders) .
PLACE ORDER within 10 days to receive complimentary delivery back to your centre.
WHEN IS DELIVERY ? Batch delivery is approx 2 weeks after the complimentary 10 day delivery period. Digital files are delivered immediately to download.
