Join us for a Free information evening to learn all about preparing for pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period. We will be attending this event along with local osteopaths, pre and post natal fitness instructors and infant massage therapists.
The evening is hosted by the Nifty Mums Network. Guest speaker will be Dr Derrick Thompson, author of The Australian Pregnant Book.
